Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-04
1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data of visitors to verno/dev (the "Site"), operated by George Pavlov-Kosov as an individual providing freelance web development services. This policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation.
2. Data we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message content you provide. The site also reads your browser's timezone and locale, client-side only, to choose a default display language — this is not sent to or stored on any server.
3. Purpose of processing
Data submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project. It is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your voluntary consent, given when you submit the contact form. See the separate Data Processing Consent page for the specific consent statement.
5. Storage and retention
Messages are retained only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting project correspondence, and are deleted on request.
6. Third parties
Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties, except where the contact form is configured to route through a third-party form-delivery service (e.g. Formspree) acting solely as a technical intermediary, or where disclosure is required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent at any time, by contacting the email address listed on the site.
8. Cookies
The site uses localStorage (not third-party tracking cookies) to remember your theme and language preference and whether you've dismissed the cookie notice. No analytics or advertising cookies are set.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
